Pricing Change – 2024

Dear Customers,

Between March – April 2024 we will be making changes to our pricing system. This is something that is desperately needed to ensure the continued longevity and standard of our family business.

To further explain, with everybody feeling the increased cost of living over the past couple of years we naively thought we could absorb the rising costs of running the business by working a little harder and longer each day as well as trying to make cut backs and constantly find better deals to help cope with the increases but we have now hit a dead end. The huge loss of income during the bin strikes of late 2022, early 2023 also hit us really hard too, not to mention the extra cost of having to work most Saturdays now to clean the bins missed by the bin men throughout the week.

Over the winter period we sat down as a family and discussed extensively the best way to move forward. A way to open up much needed profit but also take care of our most loyal of customers who have supported us over the last 26yrs. The conclusion was to make adjustments to the price of payments that offer the least amount of profit such as singular week to week payments which often require extra call backs to the property and texts, an extra cost to us in the form of fuel, time and accounting (Text reminders now take 20hrs per week on average to complete). However, in turn we will open up some exciting new deals that offer larger discounts for advanced payments to bring the cost down as these types of payments/accounts require much less time and maintenance.

Please note – Even with these new changes to our prices we will still be up to 35% lower in cost than the local competition and 45% lower than the UK national average per clean.

Even our standard rate is still less than a Gin & Tonic at your local or that sneaky McDelivery charge! 🫵 😂
